The competition fully matches the international competition standards and rules. It has three programs: bar service, à la carte restaurant service and banquet service. The entire competition process needs to use the English answer in the whole process, which tests the service skills of the players and tests the language traffic of the players. expression ability.
As the members of the second and third grades of the wine management team failed to participate due to participation in cross-strait activities and internships, the study decided to select two students to participate in the 17th grade, and the leaders and the team supported the school. Next, the wine management professional Mai Yijing, Yao Xiaoling, He Yuling, Li Weiwei, Huang Kai, Zheng Suiyan, Li Xueying, Xie Tingting and other teachers participated in the guidance of different projects. In the two-day high-intensity competition, our players competed with the national competition players from 14 vocational colleges all over the country. Each player showed their own advantages and characteristics, and the operation process was elegant and beautiful. In the future, the high-quality skills and service talents of the hotel industry reflect the indomitable craftsmanship. Although the performance of children can not be called perfect, but also brings unlimited vitality and hope to the development of the catering industry!
